Abstract
Objective To explore the practice and application of psychological nursing for hemodialysis patients guided by the PERMA model.Methods A total of 98 hemodialysis patients admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a routine group(receiving routine nursing)and a PERMA group(receiving psychological nursing guided by the PERMA model),with 49 patients in each group.The psychological status,self-perceived burden,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF Scale in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,while the scores of the Self-Perceived Burden Scale were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Moreover,the PERMA group showed better outcomes than the routine group in all indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing guided by the PERMA model can improve the psychological status of hemodialysis patients,reduce their self-perceived burden,and enhance their quality of life.关键词
