热奄包结合耳穴埋豆在慢性胃炎患者护理中的应用效果
Application effect of hot compress package combined with auricular point pressing beans in the nursing of patients with chronic gastritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques hot compress package and auricular point pressing beans in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods Ninety patients with chronic gastritis who received treatment at Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2024 to July 2025 were selected and evenly divided into two groups using a randomized double-blind method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received combined intervention of hot compress package and auricular point pressing beans in addition to the routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,clinical symptom scores,total effective rate of gastric mucosal repair,histopathological score of gastric mucosal tissue,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the nursing satisfaction and total effective rate of gastric mucosal repair in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the clinical symptom scores and gastric mucosal histopathological scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the nursing period,there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine combined nursing model of hot compress package and auricular point pressing beans can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis,promote the repair of gastric mucosal inflammation,significantly improve the nursing service satisfaction,and ensure safe operation with fewer adverse reactions.关键词
