基于老年综合评估的护理在行股骨近端防旋髓内钉术股骨粗隆间骨折患者中的应用
Application of nursing based on comprehensive geriatric assessment in patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture undergoing proximal femoral nail antirotation surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing based on comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)in patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture(IFF)undergoing proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)surgery.Methods A total of 98 IFF patients undergoing PFNA surgery admitted to Nantong Third People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The routine group received conventional nursing,while the CGA nursing group received CGA-based nursing in addition to the routine nursing.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of the Harris Hip Score,Functional Ambulation Category,and General Self-Efficacy Scale in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the CGA nursing group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale scores in both groups decreased after 1 and 3 months of intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the CGA nursing group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the CGA nursing group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion CGA-based nursing can improve hip function,walking function,and self-efficacy in patients with IFF undergoing PFNA surgery,while also alleviating pain and reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
