Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of specialized nursing combined with perception awakening nursing in comatose patients after traumatic brain injury surgery.Methods A total of 94 comatose patients after traumatic brain injury admitted to the Changshu NO.2 People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the simple random number method,with 47 patients in each group.Both groups received routine nursing,while the observation group received specialized nursing combined with perception awakening nursing on this basis,and the intervention effects were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2,and 4 weeks after surgery,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after surgery,the Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QOL-30)scores in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 12 h after surgery,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and blood oxygen saturation levels in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized nursing combined with perception awakening nursing has a remarkable effect on comatose patients after traumatic brain injury surgery.It not only prevents the occurrence of complications but also improves neurological function,alleviate stress reactions,and thereby enhances the overall quality of life of the patients.关键词
