健康老龄化视域下全链式"管家式"护理对老年患者护理质量及焦虑的影响
Impact of full-chain"concierge"nursing on the nursing quality and anxiety of elderly patients from the perspective of healthy aging

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of full-chain"concierge"nursing on the quality of nursing and anxiety of elderly patients from the perspective of healthy aging.Methods A total of 146 elderly patients admitted to Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from April 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects.These 146 elderly patients were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving full-chain"concierge"nursing)at a ratio of 1:1,with 73 cases in each group.Three cases in the control group and two cases in the observation group dropped out,respectively.Eventually,the number of cases in the control group was 70,and the number of cases in the observation group was 71.The nursing quality,quality of life,anxiety status,and overall incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The full-chain"concierge"nursing from the perspective of healthy aging can improve nursing quality and quality of life of elderly patients,reduce their anxiety levels,and lower the incidence of adverse events.关键词
