Effect of nurse-led self-efficacy enhancement combined with stepwise rehabilitation exercise on cardiac function in patients after PCI

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nurse-led self-efficacy enhancement combined with personalized stepwise rehabilitation exercise on cardiac rehabilitation compliance and cardiac function in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 104 patients with PCI at Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from February 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given nurse-led self-efficacy enhancement combined with personalized stepwise rehabilitation exercise.Rehabilitation compliance,cardiac function,self-management behavior,and unplanned readmission rates were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 days of intervention and before discharge,the scores and total scores of the patients in the observation group in terms of physical exercise compliance,exercise monitoring compliance,active seeking of advice,and the score of the self-management behavior scale were all higher than those in the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the 6-minute walking test distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the unplanned readmission rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led self-efficacy enhancement combined with personalized stepwise rehabilitation exercise can improve cardiac rehabilitation compliance,cardiac function,and self-efficacy in patients after PCI.关键词
