基于孟河医派"和法缓治"思想的归元罐法在腰痛病康复护理中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing effects of Guiyuan cupping therapy based on the concept of"harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"of Menghe Medical School in patients with lumbago.Methods This study was a prospective study.A total of 200 patients with lumbago diagnosed as pattern of root deficiency and branch excess from July 2024 to June 2025 at Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with the balanced cupping method,while the observation group received Guiyuan cupping therapy guided by the concept of"harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"of Menghe Medical School.One course of treatment was 7 days,and all the patients received 2 courses in total.The changes of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),lumbar range of motion,and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the VAS score and ODI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the JOA score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lumbar flexion degree,extension degree,lateral flexion degree and rotation degree in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the SF-36 score was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Guiyuan cupping therapy based on the concept of"harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"of Menghe Medical School can improve rehabilitation efficacy of patients with lumbago.关键词
