Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation value of normalized pain care combined with auricular point pressure with beans and thumbtack needle therapy in patients undergoing external stripping and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent external stripping and internal ligation at Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February to August 2025 were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35)using a random odd-even number method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received normalized pain care combined with auricular point pressure with beans and thumbtack needle therapy.The pain degree,wound healing status,and anal function between the two groups were compared.Results On the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days after operation,the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Seven days after operation,the wound edema score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the granulation tissue growth score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).One month after operation,the length of the anal high-pressure zone in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the resting anal pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of normalized pain care combined with auricular point pressure with beans and thumbtack needle therapy has a positive effect on pain relief,wound healing,and improvement of anal function in patients undergoing external stripping and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids.关键词
