Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of pain nursing combined with early rehabilitation guidance on the recovery outcomes of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy(LA).Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent LA at Fuqing Fourth Hospital from January 2024 to January 2026 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing after LA,while the observation group received targeted pain nursing and standardized early rehabilitation guidance on the basis of routine nursing.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Kolcaba's General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ),serum inflammatory indicators(C-reactive protein[CRP]and white blood cell count[WBC]),rehabilitation indicators(time to anal flatus,time to first ambulation,and length of hospital stay),incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 24 h and 48 h after surgery,the VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the GCQ scores were significantly higher(P<0.05).At 24 h and 72 h after surgery,the CRP and WBC levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time to anal flatus,time to first ambulation,and length of hospital stay were all significantly shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower and the nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of pain nursing and early rehabilitation guidance in patients after LA can effectively alleviate postoperative pain,enhance patient comfort,attenuate systemic inflammatory responses,accelerate recovery process,reduce complications,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing care.关键词
