高技能人才集群培养的现实困境与破解路径
Practical Dilemmas and Solution Paths of Cluster Cultivation of Highly Skilled Talents
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the manufacturing industry transitions toward high-end,intelligent,and green development,which promotes the shift of the cultivation mode for highly skilled talents from"job matching"to"system embedding".Based on the framework of"structure-process-efficacy",the practical dilemmas of cluster cultivation for highly skilled talents are comprehensively diagnosed.At the structure level,there are problems such as loose collaboration among stakeholders and uneven resources allocation.At the process level,issues include the obstructed transformation of industry-education standards and the disconnection between teaching and practice.At the efficacy level,there are challenges such as imperfect evaluation systems and the insufficient self-adaptation capacity of the system.Accordingly,optimization paths are proposed:constructing industry-education integration communities and smart resource platforms through structural optimization,and unblocking the standard transformation chain and deepening teaching reform through process reshaping,and improving multi-dimensional evaluation and iterative mechanisms through efficacy enhancement.关键词
