普惠托育背景下职业院校托育人才培养:价值意蕴、实然困囿与应然路径
Cultivation of Childcare Talents in the Context of Inclusive Childcare in Vocational Colleges:Value Implications,Practical Dilemmas and Optimal Paths

Abstract
Inclusive childcare is a critical institutional arrangement for improving the birth support policy system,alleviating family caregiving pressure,and promoting the healthy growth of infants and young children.Vocational colleges play an important role in childcare talent cultivation by bridging national policy demands,social service needs,and students'career development aspirations.Currently,childcare talent cultivation in vocational colleges still faces problems including unclear boundaries of training objectives,insufficient implementation of the"medicine-education integration"concept,ambiguous stratification of the training system,imbalance between scale-level output and industry demand,weak practical teaching conditions,inadequate teacher practice competence,limited curriculum resources,and unsound evaluation mechanisms.In response to the requirements of high-quality inclusive childcare development,vocational colleges should further clarify childcare talent training objectives and strengthen the"medicine-education integration"professional philosophy;improve the training system to enhance the alignment between childcare talent supply and demand;deepen school-enterprise cooperation to optimize internal and external practical teaching environments;enrich curriculum resources and standardize the assessment and evaluation mechanisms for childcare talents.These efforts will effectively improve the alignment between childcare talent supply and childcare service demand,providing stable,professional,and sustainable talent support for the construction of the inclusive childcare service system.关键词
