数智赋能职业教育质量监控评价改革的逻辑重构、现实困境与实践进路

Abstract
Digital-intelligence-empowered reform of quality monitoring and evaluation in vocational education is a key issue for the vocational education evaluation system to respond to digital transformation and type-specific development.The deeper value of digital-intelligence technologies lies not in the mere superposition of tools,but in promoting the systematic reconstruction of the value logic,standard logic,process logic,subject logic,and functional logic of vocational education quality monitoring and evaluation,thereby shifting evaluation from technological application to quality governance.Currently,digital-intelligence-empowered quality monitoring and evaluation in vocational education still faces practical constraints,including the difficulty of translating vocational competence into data,the challenge of authentic and continuous collection of training and internship data,unclear collaborative responsibilities among multiple subjects,the inability to convert multi-platform data into diagnostic evidence,and the risk that technological rationality may obscure the essence of educating people.To address these issues,it is necessary to reconstruct type-specific evaluation standards with a post-oriented competence focus,integrate scenario-based data collection to reveal the quality formation process,improve school-enterprise collaborative evaluation mechanisms to enhance evaluation authenticity,strengthen intelligent diagnosis and result transformation to support continuous teaching improvement,and refine closed-loop rectification and ethical governance systems to promote the transition from technology application to quality governance.关键词
