Institutional Construction and Collaborative Governance:An Analysis of the Operational Mechanism of Venue-based Education in Vocational Education

Abstract
Fundamentally enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education and realizing the transformation of public perception of vocational education from cognition to recognition is a key issue that must be resolved for China's vocational education to achieve high-quality development.Based on the cross-boundary nature of vocational education as a type of education,the diversity of museum service audiences,the social function of museums as cultural carriers,and the openness of museums as educational fields,Jilin Engineering Normal University has explored a venue-based education mechanism characterized by"government leadership,multi-stakeholder collaboration,and museum-school integration".The core objective of this mechanism is to transform vocational education cultural resources into educational resources and vocational education cultural exhibitions into an enlightening and nourishing educational model.In concrete implementation,a well-structured and closely articulated operational mechanism has been formed.This mechanism comprises four elements:research,construction,management and education,which aims to achieve collaborative governance by multiple stakeholders at various levels.It provides a paradigm for building a skill-based society at the provincial level and enhancing the ideological guidance,spiritual cohesion,value appeal,and international influence of vocational education culture with Chinese characteristics.关键词
