Construction of Teacher Innovation Teams in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Social Capital Theory:Logical Examination and Optimization Paths

Abstract
The core value orientation of teacher innovation team construction in higher vocational colleges lies in constructing a highly collaborative professional community of teachers.Social capital theory,which aims to enhance organizational social efficacy,is highly coupled with the orientation of teacher innovation team construction in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of social capital theory,this paper examines the practical dilemmas of teacher innovation team construction in higher vocational colleges across three dimensions:structural capital,relational capital,and cognitive capital,namely,the scarcity of cooperative interaction among team members,the weakening of emotional bonds,and the absence of shared values.To address these challenges,teacher innovation team construction in higher vocational colleges should promote synergistic effectiveness in talent cultivation,collaborative advancement in technological research,symbiotic development in social services,and coordinated operation in performance evaluation.关键词
