基于"转枢机"理论的大学生抑郁调查分析与干预策略研究
Survey analysis and intervention strategies for depression among college students based on the"regulating the pivot mechanism"theory

Abstract
The frequent occurrence of depressive symptoms among college students has posed a serious challenge to mental health management in higher education institutions.Against the background of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of"regulating the pivot mechanism,"this study classified the risk factors for depression into three observable dimensions:stress,sleep,and diet.A mental health screening was conducted among students at a university using the PHQ-9 scale,and the relationships between these factors and depressive mood were analyzed.The results showed that increased academic stress,aggravated sleep disturbance,and abnormal appetite were all significantly associated with the level of depression,and these factors tended to intensify synchronously as the severity of depression increased.From the perspective of the TCM theory of the pivot mechanism,depression among college students is not caused by dysfunction of a single zang-fu organ,but rather by the coordinated imbalance of multiple pivot systems,including impaired dispersing and depurative functions of the liver and lung,disharmony between the heart and kidney,and dysfunction of spleen-stomach transportation and transformation.Based on the survey findings,this study proposes a mental health intervention approach for colleges and universities centered on"regulating the pivot mechanism."Focusing on key aspects such as stress management,sleep regulation,and dietary intervention,it explores the transformation of the TCM concept of"preventive treatment of disease"into an operable pathway for mental health management in higher education.By integrating TCM theory with modern psychometric methods,this study provides new theoretical support and practical reference for the comprehensive prevention and management of depression among college students.关键词
