针灸刺法治疗卒中后丘脑痛的研究进展
Research advances in acupuncture needling techniques for the treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke thalamic pain(PSTP)is a complex condition of central neuropathic pain caused by thalamic damage,leading to persistent pain that is challenging-to-manage,which significantly affects patients'quality of life.While modern medicine has made progress in understanding the mechanisms and treatment of PSTP,current therapeutic options remain limited in efficacy,highlighting the urgent need for novel interventions.Acupuncture,a key component of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has demonstrated unique multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms,including modulation of neurotransmitters,enhancement of brain network function,and improvement of cerebral blood flow.This review systematically examines the theoretical foundations,mechanisms of action,and clinical applications of traditional medicine,particularly acupuncture needling techniques,in the treatment of PSTP,providing insights for future precision medicine and research in this field.关键词
