"巨刺"联合"治神法"治疗冻结期肩周炎患者的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of contralateral acupuncture combined with mind-regulating method in treating the frozen stage of shoulder periarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of contralateral acupuncture combined with mind-regulating method in the treatment of frozen stage of shoulder periarthritis.Methods:A total of 68 patients with frozen stage of shoulder periarthritis admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to January 2025 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into an observation group(34 cases)and a control group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with contralateral acupuncture combined with mind-regulating method in addition to conventional acupuncture.The VAS score,CMS score,shoulder joint range of motion and clinical efficacy of the two groups were assessed and compared pre-and post-treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the CMS score and shoulder joint range of motion were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Contralateral acupuncture combined with mind-regulating method can effectively improve joint pain and limited movement in patients with frozen stage of shoulder periarthritis,and its efficacy is superior to conventional acupuncture,providing a reliable clinical reference for the treatment of this disease.关键词
