以消法主导论治多期并存型肉芽肿性乳腺炎中医经验
TCM clinical experience in treating granulomatous mastitis with polyphasic concurrency using the elimination method as the main therapy
摘要
Abstract
Granulomatous mastitis falls within the category of"acne-type breast abscess"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Its TCM pathogenesis often starts with excess and then deficiency,with heat preceding cold,and involves both Qi(气)and blood disorders.Chief physician YI Weizhen has accumulated rich clinical experience in diagnosing and treating this disease.He proposed that the key pathogenesis lies in liver Qi stagnation,which,if prolonged,leads to Qi stagnation and blood stasis,generating phlegm turbidity,and eventually resulting in the mutual entanglement and formation of phlegm and blood stasis.Based on the above pathogenesis,this article focuses on the"Xiao method(消 法)"and discusses the simultaneous application of liver-soothing and heat-clearing,Qi-moving and blood-activating,and Yang-warming(温 阳)and phlegm-resolving therapies during the multiple stages of granulomatous mastitis treatment.关键词
