全身振动疗法治疗非特异性下腰痛的研究进展
Research progress on whole-body vibration therapy in the treatment of non-specific low back pain
摘要
Abstract
This article aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of whole-body vibration therapy(WBV)in the treatment of non-specific low back pain(NLBP),clarify its biological mechanism and optimize treatment parameters,and solve key problems in clinical application.By systematically analyzing the biological mechanism of WBV,clinical trial results and the influence of equipment parameters on the therapeutic effect,combined with existing research data,the applicability of WBV in different pain phenotypes was explored.At the same time,the limitations of current research,equipment cost,contraindications and other issues are analyzed.Studies have shown that WBV relieves pain by activating muscle spindles and lowering inflammatory factors,and improves proprioception and bone mineral density(BMD).High frequency vibration(20 to 50 Hz)is suitable for central sensitization pain,and low frequency(10 to 20 Hz)is suitable for peripheral injury pain.Most of the existing studies are short-term follow-up of 6 to 12 weeks,and the equipment parameters(such as amplitude and frequency)are not uniformly standardized,resulting in inconsistent therapeutic effects.In addition,WBV equipment is expensive and requires professional operation,which limits clinical popularity.This paper concludes that WBV has a significant effect on NLBP,especially in pain relief and functional improvement,but it is necessary to further standardize parameter selection,carry out long-term follow-up studies,and develop portable devices to reduce costs.In the future,it is necessary to clarify contraindications(such as acute inflammatory phase)and promote the standardization of parameter to improve its safety and clinical application value.关键词
