盛丽先教授运用芪苓汤诊疗小儿鼻鼽肺脾阳虚证的临床研究
A clinical study on Professor SHENG Lixian's experience of Qiling Tang in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis with lung-spleen Yang deficiency syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qiling Tang(芪苓汤)in treating children with allergic rhinitis presenting with lung-spleen Yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:Sixty-eight pediatric patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and lung-spleen Yang(阳)deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The control group(32 cases)received mometasone furoate nasal spray as an external treatment,while the experimental group(31 cases)was administered a self-formulated Qiling Tang orally.The primary efficacy evaluation criterion was the reduction rate of the total score of major traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms.Secondary efficacy evaluation criteria included individual scores of major and secondary TCM symptoms.The recurrence rate was recorded after a 3-month observation period.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was comparable to that of the control group(P>0.05).However,after 2 weeks of treatment,the experimental group showed significantly greater reductions in the major symptom score(nasal congestion)and secondary symptom scores(fatigue,poor appetite,loose or poorly formed stools)compared to the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,significant differences were observed in the major symptom scores(sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion)and secondary symptom scores(worsening of symptoms upon exposure to wind or cold,fatigue,poor appetite,loose or poorly formed stools)between the two groups(P<0.05).The experimental group demonstrated superior efficacy in reducing the recurrence rate compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiling Tang exhibits comparable efficacy to mometasone furoate nasal spray in treating pediatric allergic rhinitis with lung-spleen Yang deficiency syndrome.However,it significantly improves secondary TCM symptoms,reduces long-term recurrence rates,promotes disease stability,and minimizes the impact of the condition on patients'daily lives.关键词
