基于CiteSpace探究中医药调控肠道菌群的研究热点及趋势
Visual analysis of research hotspots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating gut microbiota based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and trends of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in regulating gut microbiota at home and abroad based on bibliometric methods.Methods:Taking core journal articles from CNKI and Web of Science(WOS)over the past 15 years as the data source,CiteSpace was used to conduct a visual analysis of publication volume,core authors,research institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 4 656 articles(3 085 in Chinese and 1 571 in English)were included.TAN Zhoujin was the author with the highest number of publications.In terms of institutions,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine led in domestic publications,while Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and other top TCM universities led the way in international publications.Research hotspots were focused on the mechanisms by which TCM active ingredients(e.g.,polysaccharides),single herbs and formulas,and acupuncture therapy regulate gut microbiota,involving metabolism,oxidative stress,inflammatory immunity,and multi-organ axes regulation such as the gut-brain/liver/kidney axes.Conclusion:This field has entered a stage of rapid growth,with continued expansion of mechanistic research anticipated.The role of the gut microbiota as a hub in multi-organ axes is expected to remain a key research focus.Future efforts should enhance collaboration among domestic researchers and institutions,integrate multi-omics with bioinformatic approaches,and further elucidate the scientific basis of the spleen and stomach theory in TCM,thereby promoting the modernization and global reach of TCM research.关键词
