从"扶正固本"到"祛邪安胎":《傅青主女科》与《济阴纲目》妊娠病诊疗思想比较研究
From"strenthening the healthy Qi and consolidating the root"to"eliminating pathogens and preventing miscarriage":a comparative study on the diagnosis and treatment ideas of pregnancy diseases in FU Qingzhu Nv Ke and Jiyin Gangmu

Abstract
By studying the relevant discussions on pregnancy diseases in FU Qingzhu Nv Ke(《傅青主女科》)and Jiyin Gangmu《济阴纲目》),this paper analyzes the similarities and differences in core pathogenesis,common disease treatments,and diagnostic and therapeutic characteristics.Although both books emphasize the importance of Qi(气)and blood and diagnose and treat around the liver,spleen,and kidney,there are significant differences in their core ideas:FU Qingzhu Nv Ke takes"visceral deficiency"as the core pathogenesis,emphasizing the coordination of the liver,spleen,and kidney to nourish the fetus,and proposes"tonifying the viscera and enriching Qi and blood"as the foundation for securing the fetus;Jiyin Gangmu takes"original deficiency of Qi and blood and disturbance of evil to the fetus"as the core pathogenesis,emphasizing the consolidation of the foundation and elimination of evil,and adjusting treatment according to the month to secure the fetus,and proposes"consolidating the fetus foundation and eliminating evil"as the key to securing the fetus.This difference directly determines the style of their prescriptions and medications:FU's prescriptions have simple ingredients,are cautious in the use of contraindicated drugs,and they contain many original formulas,mainly in the form of decoctions;while WU's prescriptions have comprehensive sources,flexible in ingredients,are good at using classic and proven formulas,with moderate modifications,and are"cautious in medication".Through a deep analysis of the two diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for pregnancy diseases,this paper aims to clarify their academic context and provide accurate classic theoretical references and prescription selection ideas for modern clinical practice in the face of patients with different constitutions and syndrome types of pregnancy diseases.关键词
