基于国医大师夏桂成教授"六阴六阳"学说探讨女性高血压分期辨治
Stage-based diagnosis and treatment of female hypertension based on Professor XIA Guicheng's"Six Yin and Six Yang"theory
摘要
Abstract
Professor XIA Guicheng,a renowned Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in gynecology and obstetrics,innovatively proposed the"Six Yin(阴)and Six Yang(阳)"theory based on the TCM concept of Tian Gui(天癸).Modern research indicates that the onset of hypertension is closely related to imbalances in Qi(气),blood,Yin,and Yang within the body.The disease progression in female patients exhibits distinct age-related stages,which aligns well with the"Six Yin and Six Yang"theory.This paper employs this theory to systematically elucidate the TCM pathogenesis characteristics and herbal formula selection principles in four stages of female hypertension:adolescence,reproductive age,perimenopause,and old age.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Specifically,hypertension in adolescence is fundamentally due to insufficiency of kidney Yin,treated by nourishing Yin,relieving depression,warming Yang,and resolving phlegm-dampness.The core pathogenesis in the reproductive age is considered as Hai Yin(海阴)deficiency,treated by supplementing blood,relieving depression,calming the liver,and tonifying the kidney.Perimenopausal period is often characterized by deficiency of kidney Yin,treated by nourishing Yin,pacifying the liver,clearing the heart,and calming the spirit.Old age is primarily marked by consumption of kidney essence,treated by supplementing both Yin and Yang,dispelling blood stasis,and reducing phlegm.关键词
