摘要

Abstract

Objective:Using a Tanyintingju(痰饮停聚)asthma rat model,this study aimed to explore the Shengjiangfuchen(升降浮沉)drug property of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction(葶苈大枣泻肺汤)through component compatibility,providing theoretical guidance for the clinical formulation and compatibility of Tinglizi(葶苈子).Meth-ods:Ninety male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,Tinglizi group(2.3 g/kg),Dazao(大枣)group(9.3 g/kg),Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction group(2.3 g/kg+9.3 g/kg),fatty oil component+Dazao group(0.7 g/kg+9.3 g/kg),oligosaccharide component+Dazao group(30.5 mg/kg+9.3 g/kg),flavonoside component+Dazao group(6.8 mg/kg+9.3 g/kg),and dexamethasone group(0.1 mg/kg).The Tanyintingju asthma model was established by sensitization with ovalbumin(OVA)and aluminum hydroxide gel ad-juvant,followed by OVA aerosol challenge.Indicators from five major systems closely related to the Shengjiangfuchen property,including respiratory,digestive,urinary,central nervous,and circulatory systems,were measured.Results:Com-pared with the normal control group,rats in the model control group had increased cough frequency and elevated lung in-flammatory factors(P<0.05 or P<0.01),decreased motilin,increased gastrin,and reduced urine volume(P<0.01).Compared with the model control group,Tinglizi and its components with the Chenjiang(沉降)property combined with Dazao significantly reduced cough and wheezing frequency(P<0.05 or P<0.01),decreased IL-4 levels(P<0.01),in-creased IFN-γ levels(P<0.01),increased motilin levels,decreased gastrin secretion(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and in-creased urine volume(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Tinglizi and its components with the Chenjiang property,when combined with Dazao,can resist the internal disease and the upward disease progression in Tanyintingju asthma rats through regulation of five major systems,and retain the overall Chenjiang drug property after compatibility.
