赤凤迎源针法联合中药热奄包治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床研究
Clinical Study on Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain Treated by Chifeng Yingyuan Acupuncture Method Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Reyanbao Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined therapy with Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method and traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao therapy in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods:A total of 130 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain in the hospital from From January 2022 to April 2025 were randomly grouped.Both groups received basic Western medicine treatment.On this basis,65 cases in the control group were treated with the Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method,and 65 cases in the combined group were treated with the Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,pain degree and lumbar function of the two groups were compared to evaluate the safety of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy in the combined group was enhanced after treatment while the TCM syndromes scores were reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of the one-course and two-course combined groups after treatment decreased(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores of the one-course and two-course combined groups after treatment decreased(P<0.05);The adverse reactions revealed no significant differences between both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method combined with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Additionally,it can effectively relieve the pain,and promote the recovery of lumbar function,with high safety.关键词
