肌内效贴对膝骨关节炎干预效果的Meta分析
Efficacy of kinesio taping on knee osteoarthritis:a meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of kinesio taping(KT)on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:All the ran-domized controlled trial(RCT)articles on KT for treatment of KOA included from database's inception to November 2025 were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Vip Database,Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science and Cochrane Library.The patients in KT group received KT alone or KT combined with conventional physical therapy,while the ones in control group received placebo taping or conventional physical therapy.The pertinent articles were screened,the data was extracted and the risk of bias of the included researches was assessed independently by two researchers,and then a Meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan5.4.1 software.Results:A total of 17 RCT articles were included in the final analysis,invol-ving 953 KOA patients,with 485 ones in the KT group and 468 ones in the control group.The results of Meta-analysis revealed that the post-treatment knee pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score decreased more significantly in the KT group compared to the control group(SMD=-0.87,95%CI(-1.45,-0.28),P=0.003).Subgroup analysis revealed that,for short-term taping(＜4 weeks),the difference in the improvement of post-treatment knee pain VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(SMD=-0.52,95%CI(-1.22,0.18),P=0.140);whereas,for long-term taping(≥4 weeks),the post-treatment knee pain VAS scores decreased more signifi-cantly in the KT group compared to the control group(SMD=-1.34,95%CI(-2.44,-0.23),P=0.020).Moreover,both the post-treatment Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score and the Timed Up and Go(TUG)test time also decreased more significantly in the KT group compared to the control group(SMD=-0.56,95%CI(-1.05,-0.07),P=0.020;SMD=-0.92,95%CI(-1.78,-0.05),P=0.040),however,no significant differences were found between the two groups in improving knee range of motion(ROM)or quadriceps isokinetic torque(SMD=0.64,95%CI(-0.04,1.32),P=0.060;SMD=0.91,95%CI(-0.11,1.94),P=0.080).Sensitivity analysis indicated that the results were relatively stable,and the publication bias analysis suggested a poten-tial risk of publication bias.Conclusion:Available evidences suggest that KT can effectively alleviate knee pain symptoms and improve knee function in KOA patients,with better analgesic effects achieved when taping lasts for 4 weeks or longer.However,its effects on improving knee ROM and quadriceps muscle strength remain unclear.关键词
