摘要
Abstract
"Extreme toxic medicine for disease,aiming at the relief of six"originates from the Huangdi Neijing,and it is a core theory in traditional Chinese medicine that balances therapeutic efficacy and medication safety.This article combines literature research and clinical cases to analyze its value in guiding the application of radiotherapy and chemotherapy as well as toxic Chinese medicines in cancer treatment.Research shows that modern anti-tumor interventions,including surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy,as well as toxic Chinese medicines all belong to the category of"eliminating pathogenic factors"in traditional Chinese medicine.The core concept of"extreme toxic medicine for disease,aiming at the relief of six"is not conservative treatment,but a dialectical thinking of"killing tumors"and"protecting the body's self-healing ability"based on a full understanding of the body's self-healing power.In contemporary anti-tumor therapy,this principle should be adopted to establish a"loss-limiting mindset"while pursuing therapeutic efficacy,thereby avoiding overtreatment and achieving moderate treatment through the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
