塔式熔铝炉降低能耗和烧损的技术研究与实践
Technical Research and Practice on Reducing Energy Consumption and Burn-off in Tower-Type Aluminum Melting Furnace

Abstract
Aluminum melting furnace is the equipment with the highest energy consumption and metal loss in the production process of aluminum alloy products.To decrease the energy consumption of the tower-type aluminum melting furnaces,this project expanded the storage capacity of the material tower,and installed regenerative combustion systems and waste heat recovery heat exchangers to recycle and utilize the waste heat from flue gas;to reduce the metal loss of the tower-type aluminum melting furnaces,a swirling melting chamber was added to realize oxygen-free melting of the casting gates and risers,and the machined aluminum scraps.Practical results show that both of the equipment energy consumption and the metal loss have been effectively controlled.The flue gas temperature has been dropped from the original 600-800 ℃ to below 300 ℃,the average energy consumption per unit product has been decreased from 65 Nm3/t to 55 Nm3/t,and the overall metal loss rate has been fallen from approximately 1.7%to 1.3%,effectively lowering production costs.关键词
