黄河流域城市新质生产力研究综述
A Review of the New Quality Productivity in Cities along the Yellow River Basin
摘要
Abstract
The urban development in the Yellow River Basin was of great significance for the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development.A review was conducted on the new quali-ty productivity of cities in the Yellow River Basin.Firstly,the theoretical connotation of new quality pro-ductivity was analyzed from three aspects:basic concepts,theoretical sources,and main differences.Secondly,the related studies were explored.It was found that the existing evaluation systems were mainly constructed from the three elements of productivity and functional attributes.The measurement methods evolved from traditional models to spatial econometrics and frontier intelligent algorithms.The new quality productivity of cities in the basin generally presented a spatio-temporal pattern of"higher in the east and lower in the west,led by core cities".Then,the problems faced by the development of new quality pro-ductivity in basin cities were summarized,including unbalanced regional development,single industrial structure,insufficient innovation investment,and ecological overloading.Finally,suggestions such as building cross-regional innovation networks,strengthening digital infrastructure construction in the central and western regions,and intensifying research on green technologies were put forward.关键词
