数字赋能乡村头雁人才培育的逻辑理路与实践策略
The Logic and Practical Strategies for Digital Empowerment in the Cultivation of Rural Leading Talents

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the overlapping dual strategies of comprehensive rural revitalization and digital countryside construction,the cultivation model for rural leading talents is in urgent need of digital transformation.In the new era,the cultivation of rural leading talents is characterized by diversified sources,structured demands,and continuous learning.Through reconstructing learning environments,restructuring knowledge systems,reorganizing resource allocation,and renovating evaluation mechanisms,digital empowerment facilitates a fundamental paradigm shift in talent cultivation.It breaks the temporal and spatial constraints,extensive service supply,single-track closed operation,and phased learning limitations of traditional cultivation models and transforms them into a digitally enabled paradigm characterized by ubiquitous accessibility,personalized precision customization,diversified openness,and whole-process lifelong development.In the digital era,the cultivation of rural leading talents requires categorized training tailored to diversified talent sources to realize differentiated talent development,precise training targeting structured demand to strengthen supply-demand docking,and adaptive training mechanisms oriented toward sustainable learning to achieve dynamic talent training.These three mutually reinforcing strategies provide solid talent support for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.关键词
