知识生产视野下当代教师专业发展的范型探赜
Exploring the Schema of Contemporary Teachers'Professional Development from the Perspective of Knowledge Production

Abstract
Teachers'professional development originates from the self-construction and qualitative transformation of teacher knowledge.Teachers'knowledge is the sum of subjective interpretive schemas and cognitive assumptions through which teachers perceive educational phenomena and determine their educational practices,and the fundamental attribute of teacher knowledge is productivity,specifically manifested in reflectivity,autonomy,and task orientation.The theory of knowledge production lays a new epistemological perspective for contemporary teachers'professional development.Teachers'professional development must correctly examine the current state of the inversion of knowledge and action,correctly understand the underlying logic of knowledge production,and correctly view the knowledge complex as the practical driving force.From the perspective of knowledge production,the schema of contemporary teachers'professional development emerges from the co-evolution,symbiosis,and coexistence of three modes of teacher knowledge production:experience-based knowledge production,problem-oriented knowledge production,and academic knowledge production.Its fundamental structure takes experience-based knowledge production as the foundation,problem-oriented knowledge production as the load-bearing pillar,and academic knowledge production as the observation deck,jointly promote the contemporary teachers'professional development.关键词
