Abstract
In the digital age,adult digital learning accounts,as an emerging innovation within lifelong education systems,represent a new adult learning model centered on individuals and empowered by digital platforms.It encompasses functions such as needs assessment,resource matching,process tracking,and outcome certification,and operates according to a logic that integrates personalized design of learning rights,an educational orientation toward autonomous choice and competency development,and a commitment to achieving lifelong learning and skill adaptation.Against the backdrop of Chinese modernization and its growing demand for highly skilled talents,the vigorous development of digital learning accounts constitutes a critical measure to reconcile individual growth,industrial transformation,and national strategic imperatives.Through systematic advancement involving top-level design,institutional development,and practical implementation,this initiative integrates fragmented learning resources,enhances the efficiency of skills provision,and promotes equity in learning opportunities,thereby providing vital support for aligning the workforce with industrial upgrading and building China into a leading country in education.关键词
