国际创伤生命支持指南流程在急诊创伤患儿中的应用
Clinical application of the advanced trauma life support protocol in pediatric emergency trauma patients

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the Advanced Trauma Life Support(ATLS)protocol in pediatric emergency trauma patients.Methods A total of 85 pediatric trauma patients admitted between October 2024 and April 2025 were retrospectively enrolled.Patients were divided into an intervention group(n=40)and a control group(n=45)based on whether the ATLS protocol was implemented.The control group received conventional emergency management,whereas the intervention group received standardized care guided by the ATLS protocol in addition to routine treatment.Time-related rescue indicators(arrival-to-treatment time,initial assessment time,and time to initiation of emergency interventions),vital signs(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,and respiratory rate),metabolic parameters(blood glucose and lactate levels),and clinical outcomes(recovery status and complications)were compared between the two groups.Results The intervention group showed significantly shorter arrival-to-treatment time,initial assessment time,and time to initiation of emergency interventions compared with the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,systolic and diastolic blood pressure were higher in the intervention group,while heart rate and respiratory rate were lower(P＜0.05).Blood glucose and lactate levels were also significantly reduced in the intervention group(P＜0.05).The rate of complete recovery was higher in the intervention group,whereas the number of residual in-juries and deaths was lower(P＜0.05).Additionally,the overall complication rate was significantly reduced in the inter-vention group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Implementation of the ATLS protocol in pediatric emergency trauma patients can shorten treatment-related time intervals,stabilize vital signs,improve treatment efficiency and quality,reduce complica-tions,and ultimately enhance clinical outcomes.关键词
