烧伤创面愈合后患者预防性抗瘢痕治疗依从行为调查及阻碍因素分析
Survey of compliance behavior and analysis of hindering factors for preventive anti-scar treatment in pa-tients after burn wound healing

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of compliance with preventive anti-scar treatment in patients after burn wound healing,and to analyze the main hindering factors of compliance behavior.Methods A total of 298 patients who required preventive anti-scar treatment after wound healing at Tangdu Hospital,Air Force Medical University,from March 2021 to December 2024 were retrospectively selected as study participants.According to subsequent follow-up,pa-tients were assigned to a compliant group and a non-compliant group based on their treatment compliance behavior.Basic da-ta and clinical disease-related data were collected from both groups.The Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale(CES-D)and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to assess patients'psychological status and social support level,respectively.Univariate analysis was used to screen related factors affecting compliance,and multivariate logistic re-gression analysis was used to identify independent risk factors hindering compliance behavior.Results The overall compli-ance rate for preventive anti-scar treatment among the 298 patients was 81.21%(242/298),of which 106 cases(35.57%)were fully compliant,136 cases(45.64%)were partially compliant,and 56 cases(18.79%)were non-compliant.Univari-ate analysis showed statistically significant differences between the compliant and non-compliant groups in age,education level,monthly personal income,burn severity,scar area,social support level,and depressive mood(P<0.05).Multivari-ate logistic regression analysis showed that age≥40 years,lower monthly personal income,greater burn severity,lower so-cial support level,and presence of depressive mood were independent risk factors for compliance with preventive anti-scar treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall compliance rate for preventive anti-scar treatment in patients after burn wound healing is at a relatively high level,but some patients still exhibit non-compliant behavior.Compliance is influenced by multiple factors,including age,economic status,disease severity,social support,and psychological state.Individualized intervention strategies should be developed targeting these independent risk factors in clinical practice to further improve pa-tient compliance and scar prognosis.关键词
