2023年松滋市中小学生近视状况及影响因素分析
Analysis of myopia status and influencing factors among primary and secondary school students in Songzi City,2023

Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of myopia and its influencing factors among primary and secondary school students in Songzi City,and to provide basic data for the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents in the jurisdiction.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 5 schools(2 primary schools,2 junior high schools,and 1 senior high school)in Songzi City.Classes were used as the survey unit,and 2 classes were randomly selected from each grade(only grades 4,5,and 6 were selected for primary schools).A total of 1,292 par-ticipants were finally included.The 2023 Hubei Province Common Disease Surveillance Questionnaire for Children and Ado-lescents was used for the survey,and uncorrected visual acuity examination and refractive error examination were per-formed.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of myopia.Results The detection rate of myopia among the participants was 61.5%,with a higher rate in girls(67.4%)than in boys(56.2%).The detection rate increased with higher education stages.Among those with myopia,417(52.5%)had low myopia,302(38.0%)had mod-erate myopia,and 76(9.5%)had high myopia.There were statistically significant differences in the degree of myopia a-mong participants of different education stages and boarding statuses(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,education stage,parental myopia,daily consumption of cereal and potato foods for breakfast in the past 7 days,av-erage daily homework/reading and writing time after school in the past 7 days,participation in extracurricular classes in sports and arts before primary school,and screen time in the past 7 days were influencing factors for myopia among the par-ticipants(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of myopia among primary and secondary school students in Songzi City remains high,and efforts to prevent and control myopia should be continuously strengthened.The occurrence of myopia a-mong primary and secondary school students in Songzi City is associated with multiple factors.It is recommended that the government,society,schools,families,and medical departments take comprehensive measures targeting key groups such as girls,students in higher grades,students with myopic parents,students with excessive homework time after school,and students with prolonged screen time.Health education and intervention on poor eye-use habits should be strengthened to re-duce the prevalence of myopia and promote eye health among primary and secondary school students.关键词
