老年骨质疏松合并肌少症患者生活空间现状及影响因素分析
Current status and influencing factors of life space in elderly patients with osteoporosis complicated by sar-copenia

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of life space in elderly patients with osteoporosis complicated by sarcopenia,so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 512 elderly patients with osteoporosis complicated by sarcopenia admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,from May 2023 to August 2024 were selected as study participants.The patients were surveyed using a general information questionnaire,the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),the Barthel Index(BI),the Falls Efficacy Scale-International(FES-I),and the Life Space Assessment(LSA)for the elderly.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the life space of elderly patients with osteoporosis complicated by sarcopenia.Results The LSA score of elderly patients with osteoporosis complicated by sarcopenia was(50.66±8.45).Among them,63.48%had a low life space level,25.78%had a moderate life space level,and 10.74%had a high life space level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age≥70 years(β=-1.021,95%CI:-1.462 to-0.580),education level below high school or technical secondary school(β=-0.742,95%CI:-1.154 to-0.330),monthly family income<5,000 yuan(β=-0.552,95%CI:-0.777 to-0.327),living alone(β=-0.844,95%CI:-1.275 to-0.413),history of falls within 1 year(β=-0.662,95%CI:-1.058 to-0.266),moder-ate pain(β=-0.412,95%CI:-0.612 to-0.212),severe pain(β=-0.789,95%CI:-1.087 to-0.491),mild de-pendence(β=-0.921,95%CI:-1.376 to-0.466),moderate to severe dependence(β=-0.854,95%CI:-1.287 to-0.421),moderate fear(β=-0.652,95%CI:-0.891 to-0.413),and severe fear(β=-0.552,95%CI:-0.777 to-0.327)were independent factors associated with lower LSA scores in these patients(P<0.05),explaining 59.07%of the total variance.Conclusion Elderly patients with osteoporosis complicated by sarcopenia are more likely to have restrict-ed life space,which is influenced by multiple factors such as pain level,activities of daily living,and fear of falling.There-fore,clinical attention should be given to assessing patients'life space levels and implementing individualized interventions based on relevant influencing factors,so as to improve their activity space and strengthen their mobility.关键词
