无乳链球菌黏附因子及靶向干预研究进展
Research progress on adhesion factors and targeted intervention of Streptococcus agalactiae
摘要
Abstract
Streptococcus agalactiae(GBS)is a Gram-positive conditional pathogen that commonly colonizes the urogenital and gastrointestinal tracts. It can cause infections and even death in perinatal mothers, newborns, elderly individuals, and those with compromised immune systems.During the process of colonizing and infecting the host,GBS first needs to adhere to the host cells by binding to the receptors on the surface of the host cells through adhesion factors, this is an important prerequisite for GBS's subsequent colonization, invasion, and pathogenesis. This review offers a comprehensive review of the pathogenic process and in-tervention strategies facilitated by GBS adhesion factors, spanning from molecular mechanisms to clinical applications. The objec-tive is to furnish a more definitive theoretical foundation for the prevention and management of GBS infections.关键词
