Abstract
The design concept and application effect of the lubrication system for the hot rolling process of the heavy rail production line at Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation were introduced.After using process lubrica-tion,the amount of steel passing through a single set of rollers increased by 38.8%and the smooth and low wear of the roller hole wall achieved energy saving and consumption reduction,while improving the surface quality of the heavy rail;The system combines the anisotropic cross-section of the steel and adopts a reasonable structural design scheme to achieve uniform wear of the rolling mill roll.关键词
