The Multiple Logics of Artificial Intelligence Enhancing the Effectiveness of Online Ideological Governance
摘要
Abstract
In the face of rapidly advancing artificial intelligence technology and the complex ideological securi-ty landscape,it is imperative to clarify the dialectical relationship among artificial intelligence,online ideology,and governance effectiveness in order to elucidate the logical mechanism by which artificial intelligence enhances the effectiveness of online ideological governance.From a value-based perspective,AI technology is grounded in national ideological security,aims to promote social harmony and stability,and is guided by the spiritual and cul-tural needs of the people,thereby establishing a value framework centered on'security—stability—development';from a technical perspective,AI technology builds a closed-loop system through comprehensive data capture,pre-cise algorithm matching,and natural language interaction,establishing a governance technology chain that transi-tions from'passive response'to'proactive early warning';from a practical perspective,it advocates collaboration between government and corporate entities and emphasizes data security,algorithmic ethics,and talent support to achieve a dynamic balance between technological empowerment and risk prevention.关键词
