Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of ultrasonic fumigation and washing combined with anal lift-ing exercise on pain degree and anal function in patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,so as to provide evidence-based medical support for optimizing postoperative adjuvant intervention strategies.Methods A total of 82 postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing intervention,while the observation group was given ultrasonic fumigation and washing combined with anal lifting exercise on the basis of the control group.Postoperative rehabilitation indicators,anal function and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the duration of bleeding after defecation and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Epithelial growth time,edema regression time and incision healing time were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pain scores on the 1st,3rd and 5th days after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Wound edema scores on the 2nd and 5th days after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The baseline anal resting pressure and maximum voluntary contraction pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the anal canal length under contraction was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,combined applica-tion of ultrasonic fumigation and washing and anal lifting exercise in patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can shorten the rehabilitation process,relieve wound edema,accelerate the recovery of anal function,reduce pain and the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
