Advances in Nutritional Characteristics of Bamboo Powder Feed and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's animal husbandry,the demand for feed grain has risen sharply.In order to alleviate the contradiction of"people and animals competing for food",it is urgent to develop new feed resources.As an unconventional feed resource,bamboo powder not only has a huge yield,but also contains rich nutrients and unique bioactive substances,which plays a role in immune regulation and other effects on livestock and poultry organisms,and has great application potential.This paper elaborates the production status,nutritional value,functional components and main processing technology of bamboo powder,and focuses on the effects of bamboo powder feed on livestock and poultry production performance,immune function and intestinal health,aiming to provide a reference for further research and application of bamboo meal feed,and then promote the development and utilization of unconventional feed resources such as bamboo meal.关键词
