Abstract
Professor WEI Zhizhen emphasizes the regulation of qi movement in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Based on the diagnostic approach of"prioritizing pulse diagnosis with the four examinations combined",particularly the interpretation of"irregular-rapid pulse indicating heat syndrome"in pulse diagnosis,Professor WEI treats palpitations using the methods of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,regulating both the liver and spleen,and cooling blood and clearing heat.These approaches restore the liver's free coursing function and the spleen's transportation and transformation function,eliminate stagnant heat,and promote the smooth flow of qi movement,thereby alleviating symptoms of palpitations and chest tightness,reducing the occurrence of premature ventricular contractions,improving patients'psychological states,and enhancing their quality of life.关键词
