数字普惠金融生态赋能农业新质生产力发展的多元路径
Digital Inclusive Finance Ecosystem and the Development of New Quality Agricultural Productive Forces

Abstract
Using panel data for Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2013 to 2021,this study integrates the core and environmental subsystems of digital inclusive finance into a unified analyti-cal framework and applies dynamic fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to identify the multi-ple pathways through which the digital inclusive finance ecosystem supports the development of new quality agricultural productive forces.The results show that no single element of the digital inclusive finance ecosystem constitutes a necessary condition for a high level of new quality agri-cultural productive forces.Four configurations can generate the outcome:infrastructure-suppor-ted digital finance,technology-enabled digital finance,environmental-element synergy,and tech-nology-compensated leapfrogging.Depth of digital finance use and the economic foundation con-sistently emerge as key driving conditions,while the relevant combinations of conditions vary markedly across regions.Policy efforts should therefore deepen the use of digital finance,pro-mote context-specific development of the digital inclusive finance ecosystem,and strengthen the coordination between its core and environmental subsystems,thereby providing more adaptive fi-nancial support for the development of new quality agricultural productive forces.关键词
