摘要
Abstract
This paper takes 525 articles related to the elderly-friendly renewal and transformation of old communities in the CNKI database from 2014 to 2024 as the research objects and conducts bibliometric analysis by using CiteSpace software.Research findings show that the number of published papers in this field is highly consistent with the advancement of national policies.Over the past decade,the research has gone through three major stages:the basic exploration period(2014-2017),the in-depth practice period(2018-2021),and the innovative expansion period(2022-2024).The research has gradually deepened from the transformation of a single physical space to multi-party collaborative governance and a humanistic care-oriented approach.It provides theoretical and practical support for the elderly-friendly renewal of old urban residential areas.关键词
