揿针联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良38例
Clinical effect of press needle combined with mosapride citrate tablets in treatment of functional dys-pepsia with incoordination between liver and stomach:An analysis of 38 cases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of press needle combined with mosapride citrate tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with incoordination between liver and stomach.Methods:A total of 80 FD patients with incoordination between liver and stomach were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received oral administration of mosapride citrate tablets,while those in the treatment group received press needle in addition to the treatment in the control group,and the course of treat-ment was 4 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of core symptom score,Functional Dyspepsia Symptom Severity(FDSS)score,Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI)score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)score,and Nepean Dyspepsia Index Quality of Life(NDI-QOL)score.Clinical outcome was assessed,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:Two patients in the treatment group and 1 patient in the control group were lost during treat-ment.There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group[94.74％(36/38)vs 82.05％(32/39),P＜0.05].After treatment,both groups had significant changes in core symptom score,FDSS score,NDI score,TCM syndrome score,SDS score,HAMA score,and NDI-QOL score,and there were significant differences in these indicators between the two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group(10.53％vs 7.69％,P＞0.05).Conclusion:Press needle combined with mosapride citrate tablets can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and improve quality of life in the treatment of FD with incoordination between liver and stomach,with a good safety profile.关键词
