梯度泡沫铝增强铝合管轴压力学性能研究
Study on axial compressive mechanical properties of gradient aluminum foam reinforced aluminum alloy tubes

Abstract
To investigate the effects of gradient aluminum foam filling on the axial compression performance and energy dissipation of thin-walled aluminum alloy tubes,a design method for enhancing the axial compres-sion performance of aluminum alloy tubes was proposed.Firstly,axial compression tests were conducted on aluminum foam with five different relative densities,and a theoretical model was established.Then,to analyze the buckling modes and energy dissipation performance of the composite tubes,axial compression tests were performed on aluminum tubes,gradient aluminum foam,and thin-walled aluminum alloy tubes filled with gra-dient aluminum foam.The results show that embedding gradient aluminum foam can significantly enhance the bearing capacity of aluminum tubes,optimize deformation modes,and improve the energy absorption capacity by more than 51%.The wall thickness and height of the aluminum tubes have a significant impact on their structural mechanical performance.Deformation of gradient aluminum foam with different distribution pat-terns initiates from the regions with lower relative density.The distribution pattern of gradient aluminum foam significantly influences the energy dissipation capacity of the composite tubes.关键词
