The Crisis of"Labor Displacement"in the Age of Artificial Intelligence and Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Rapid advances in digital and intelligent technologies have popularized the issue of"labor displacement".Iterative artificial intelligence pushes latent anxieties about labor replacement toward an imminent systemic crisis,manifested in structural unemployment,weakened willingness for political participation,impaired labor reproduction mechanisms and the alienation of human subjectivity.To accurately diagnose and effectively tackle systematic risks brought by AI labor displacement,we must uphold and develop the labor theory of value theoretically.Practically,diversified pathways should be expanded to improve workers' employability.Coordinated efforts are required to strengthen worker development support through individual competency upgrading,talent training systems and social security mechanisms.Institutionally,measures shall restore citizens' enthusiasm for political participation.Furthermore,the foundation of human subjectivity can be consolidated via educational innovation,cognitive enhancement and upholding positive spiritual values.A human-centered human-machine symbiosis response system should be established to guide artificial intelligence toward safe,reliable and controllable development.关键词
