摘要
Abstract
Osteoporosis frequently coexists with various age-related ocular diseases in elderly populations.These conditions not only share common anatomical foundations but are also closely interconnected through complex pathophysio-logical mechanisms and pharmacological interactions.Starting from the homology of type Ⅰ collagen shared by the sclera and bone tissue,this review systematically summarizes the common mechanisms underlying osteoporosis and ocular disea-ses,including aging,inflammation,oxidative stress,and hormonal regulation.In addition,the potential beneficial and adverse ocular effects of anti-osteoporosis medications are discussed.Finally,future research priorities are proposed to improve clinicians' understanding of bone-eye comorbidities and to promote interdisciplinary management strategies.关键词
