苓甘五味姜辛汤合理中汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(痰湿证)临床观察
Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin Decoction Combined with Lizhong Decoction in Treating Cough Variant Asthma(Phlegm-dampness Syndrome)

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy,improvement of pulmonary function parameters and recurrence rate of Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Lizhong decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma(phlegm-dampness syndrome).Methods Fifty outpatients were enrolled from Shenzhen Hospital(Longgang),Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups received inhalation therapy with Budesonide and Formoterol.The observation group was additionally treated with Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Lizhong decoction.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed significantly superior improvements in pulmonary function parameters including forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC ratio and forced expiratory flow at 50%vital capacity(FEF50%)compared with the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in cough symptom scores,treatment effective rates and recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Linggan Wuwei Jiangxin decoction combined with Lizhong decoction could significantly improve pulmonary function indexes in patients with cough variant asthma(phlegm-dampness syndrome).关键词
