溴结构域蛋白4在肾脏疾病中的研究进展
Research advances of BRD4 in renal diseases
摘要
Abstract
Bromodomain-containing protein 4(BRD4)is a key member of the BET protein family.Its primary function is to recognize and bind to acetylated lysine residues on histones,acting as an epigenetic"reader"that plays a central role in transcriptional regulation.Recent studies have revealed that BRD4 plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of various kidney diseases,including renal fibrosis,renal cell carcinoma,lupus nephritis,and diabetic kidney disease.Currently,research in this field has transitioned from mechanistic exploration to targeted intervention,with multiple lines of experimental evidence indicating that BRD4 inhibitors can effectively alleviate renal pathological injury and improve kidney function.This review elaborates on the molecular structure and regulatory mechanisms of BRD4,summarizes its pathogenic roles in different types of kidney diseases and the therapeutic potential of BRD4 inhibitors,aiming to highlight the clinical prospects of BRD4 as a molecular target for the precision treatment of renal disorders.关键词
